Position Summary 

We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic individual to be a vital link between residents, care staff, and other facility staff. Our primary responsibilities of all shifts are to maintain safety, prevent falls, and elopements, and monitor residents for any changes in condition such as fever, cough, change in the level of consciousness, and skin breakdown. You will assist our residents daily, ensuring their medication plan is appropriately executed. 

Position Summary 

As a cook, you prepare meals for our residents and maintain a clean kitchen. You will use your experience with cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware, combined with your knowledge of cooking procedures and methods of grilling baking, and boiling as a critical part of your role. You are responsible for ensuring our residents have meals that have been prepared based on special diets and needs.

Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, other household requirements, and preparing and serving meals and snacks. Assists patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting in self-administration of medication if needed.
